Agenda
- Establish that homeowners trust the technician to take care of their HVAC needs. Gain agreement that the technician values this relationship.
- Discussion creates the realization that the homeowner would expect the technician to advise them on choices that they could possibly benefit from, including regular maintenance, IAQ and other enhancements and even replacement/upgrades on otherwise repairable equipment.
- Discuss the importance of sales lead generation and how to work with the contractor’s sales person to provide the greatest customer service and support.
- During the day all relevant selling strategies, techniques and tools are presented and practiced.
